We’re looking for a junior financial writer with a love of the stock market and finance. The position is ideally suited for an individual with a business or economics background and past financial writing experience. Writers with journalism degrees and a solid background in stocks and economics are encouraged to apply.

What you will do:
You’ll start by being given topics to research and write about in our financial on-line publications. You’ll be nurtured and trained to move from a financial writer to a stock market analyst. Our specialization is in giving our opinion on current economic trends and on individual public company stock analysis.

Skills profile:

You are a proficient writer with a comprehensive understanding of stocks and the economy, and some knowledge of options, currencies and commodities. You have also successfully completed the Canadian Securities Course.
